Tikka Kabab has a history of more than 4000 years. However, it is almost certain that the Mughals brought the Tikka to India. Tikka Kabab has a few variants. The most popular one is Chicken Tikka Kabab.
In Hanglaatherium, we also serve Chicken Tikka tossed in a Tawa and named it the Tawa Kabab. The Tawa version of the Tikka Kabab has its origin in Delhi.
